This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Morrison Hotel!
What you’ll do:
* Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders.
* Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
* Comply with safety and health policies, procedures, and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure.
* Setup and cleaning of kitchen.
What you’ll need:
* Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro-style kitchen.
* Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu.
* An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation, and safety.
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
* Trade cooking qualifications are essential.
* Flexible availability.
