A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a dynamic and award-winning Australian construction company based in Richmond.

The Role
This varied position incorporates all elements of the bid process while managing multiple tenders at any given time.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Registering new tenders and preparing tender summaries
* Formatting tender schedules to align with brand standards
* Sourcing and editing CVs, company statistics, and project information
* Updating the company CRM and estimate drives with tender information
* Collating tender submissions, including printing and binding
* Collaborating with Estimators, Pre-Construction, and Project Managers to ensure deadlines are met for tender submissions
* Assisting with submission writing as required
* Maintaining and auditing the bid library
* Preparing weekly estimating reports
You will be exposed to various aspects of the bid process, allowing you to grow your skill set within a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
* Qualification in Construction Management, Marketing, or Business Management
* Experience in delivering high-value bids
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Word
* Strong Adobe Suite skills, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Excellent written communication and ability to produce high-quality documentation in line with brand guidelines
* Exceptional organisational, time management, and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
