* Collaborate with high‐calibre medical and commercial stakeholders
About the role
* Lead, coach and develop a national oncology field team (existing team plus new hires) working the Neuro-Oncology and Gastrointestinal Oncology market
* Drive launch excellence for a first‐in‐class oncology therapy in a specialist disease area
* Set and deliver a clear national strategy, ensuring strong executional alignment
* Build field capability across hospital account strategy, patient pathways, and key opinion leader engagement
* Partner closely with medical, marketing and commercial teams to ensure integrated execution
* Maintain regular field time with each Key Account Manager
* Leverage market insights and existing relationships to maximise launch impact and ongoing growth
You will bring
* Strong national oncology experience (neuro‐oncology experience welcome but not essential)
* Degree qualification in science, pharmacy or healthcare
* Significant experience from within the pharmaceutical industry, at a specialty care leadership level
* Deep understanding of hospital systems and patient pathways within the Oncology landscape
* Proven success in leading, coaching and developing high‐performing teams
* High emotional intelligence and professionalism aligned with highly sensitive oncology therapeutic areas
* Ability to contribute existing relationships and market intelligence
* Comfort with a high‐travel, field‐focused leadership role
