We are looking for an NVIDIA Inception Community Manager for Australia and New Zealand. This program and ecosystem engagement role is for a leader who believes that deep learning, data science, and artificial intelligence make up the new computing revolution, with the potential to transform every industry. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating partnerships with startup companies and ecosystem partners to build new markets, develop NVIDIA technology offerings and achieve market leadership.
This person will be responsible for developing NVIDIA's startup ecosystem by supporting the NVIDIA Inception program for Australia and New Zealand. This includes recruiting top startups as Inception members and enabling startups to optimally use NVIDIA technology, facilitate proof of concept or product design, market and assist with the go-to-market of their product and solutions through our global network. This individual will work closely with a sizable cross-functional team within NVIDIA, including Solutions Architects, Developer Relations, Product Management, Engineering, HW & SW Architecture, Sales and Marketing teams. What You'll Be Doing
Startup & Ecosystem Recruitment: Identify high-potential startups and accelerators across Korea market. Actively recruit founders and technical leads to join NVIDIA Inception.
Community Building & Event Execution: Organize and represent NVIDIA at developer conferences, meetups, and accelerators to attract and nurture Inception members.
Startup Success Management: Understand member needs and map NVIDIA benefits (e.g. SDKs, DLI, LaunchPad, GTM, cloud credits) to accelerate their technical and commercial success.
Technical Evangelism & Ecosystem Activation: Champion NVIDIA's platform (GPU, SDKs, NIMs, Omniverse, etc.) to startup founders, CTOs, and developer teams. Support emerging use cases in GenAI, Omniverse, robotics, and embedded AI.
Pipeline & CRM Operations: Manage regional Inception pipelines and maintain CRM data hygiene — ensuring startup journeys are transparent, trackable, and actioned on.
Bridge to Global Programs: Identify startups ready for deeper collaboration (1-to-1, 1-to-few, or go-to-market engagements) and guide them through the transition.
What We Need To See
8+ years of experience in startup engagement, ecosystem development, or VC/community partnerships — ideally with a tech or developer-facing lens.
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business or equivalent experience.
Strong communicator, able to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
Passionate about technology, startup ecosystem and developer audience.
Organized and comfortable with CRM/project tracking and analytics.
Hands-on with community-building, technology adoption journey creation, and program execution.
Bonus Exposure to Generative AI, AI/ML, Omniverse, robotics, or embedded AI technologies.
