Housekept Cleaning is a fast-growing professional cleaning company servicing residential and Airbnb properties across the South Coast of NSW. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Administrator / Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business and work closely with the CEO to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being at the centre of a busy service-based business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting both the operational and administrative functions of the business, including:

Administration & Bookkeeping Support

* Light bookkeeping
* Accounts receivable and payable
* Invoicing and payment follow-ups
* Assisting with basic reporting and reconciliations

Scheduling & Rostering

* Managing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Rostering staff and handling changes due to leave or call-outs
* Coordinating bookings and ensuring jobs are properly assigned

Customer Support

* Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
* Handling booking requests, changes, and service issues
* Providing friendly, professional support to clients

Employee Support & Operations

* Supporting cleaners with daily operational needs
* Answering employee queries regarding schedules, jobs, and procedures
* Acting as a key point of contact between cleaners and management

Linen & Supplies Management

* Ordering and managing linen for Airbnb properties
* Tracking linen usage and coordinating drop-offs/pick-ups where required
* Ordering and managing cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
* Monitoring stock levels and maintaining inventory

Assistant to the CEO

* Providing direct admin and operational support to the CEO
* Assisting with projects, process improvements, and business organisation
* Helping streamline systems and workflows as the business grows

About You

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicating with customers and staff
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Tech-savvy and confident using booking systems, email, and spreadsheets
* Experience in admin, office coordination, or operations (preferred)
* Experience in service-based or cleaning businesses is a plus
* Positive, solution-focused, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
