About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a market-leading organisation within the novated and vehicle leasing sector. This role is responsible for managing a rolling portfolio of customers throughout the full novated lease sales lifecycle, converting enquiries into completed solutions through highly consultative engagement. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding employees and employers through the benefits of fully maintained novated leasing, while delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Duties
1. Manage customers from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery via inbound and outbound calls
2. Convert leads by educating customers on the benefits of fully maintained novated leasing solutions
3. Facilitate discussions with employers and employees to close leasing opportunities
4. Achieve individual financial, product conversion, and portfolio management targets
5. Partner with a national preferred dealer network to source vehicle quotations and secure supply
6. Provide tailored quoting and clear comparisons between leasing solutions and competitor offerings
7. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive novated leasing and finance landscape
8. Work collaboratively with internal sales, settlements, customer care, and partnerships teams
9. Ensure all activity is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
10. Accurately update CRM systems and manage a high-volume, long-cycle customer pipeline
Skills & Experience
11. Proven success in a high-volume sales or contact-centre environment
12. Demonstrated ability to manage and convert long-burn sales pipelines
13. Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing capability
14. Confident phone-based communication with excellent verbal and written skills
15. Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
16. Strong organisational, time management, and administrative capability
17. Experience within novated leasing, fleet, automotive, or financial services (highly desirable)
18. CRM system experience (highly desirable)
19. VCE or equivalent qualification; tertiary studies in business or related fields advantageous
