About the Role
* Lead, mentor and support a team of Technicians and Apprentices
* Oversee daily workshop operations — scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation
* Monitor job progress to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion
* Liaise with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and satisfied
* Maintain accurate job records, invoicing, and warranty compliance
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and profitability
* Provide hands-on technical guidance and training to your team

About You
* Qualified Heavy Vehicle Technician
* Proven leadership experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman, or Workshop Controller
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Proactive, organised, and passionate about developing others
* Experience with European, American, or Japanese truck brands is advantageous but not essential
