An opportunity exists to join our Quarries Team as a Trainer Assessor based at our Ormeau Quarry. In addition to the operation of the plant and equipment and the facilitation of onsite training and assessing in-line with legislative requirements the role will also require stock control and general maintenance of the onsite equipment.
Your day will involve:
Compliance with OH&S; policies, procedures and legislation, which includes participation in site safety meetings
Operating mobile and fixed plant
Complete training and assessing across a number of sites in the Brisbane Metro area
Complete the business training and assessment needs in-line with legislative requirements
Basic maintenance and plant cleaning as required
Labouring duties as required
What are we looking for?
Quarry or mining operations experience
Cert IV in Training and Assessment
People management skills
Intermediate PC skill
Be reliable and punctual
Personal drive and a customer focus
