About Nido Early School

Children are capable, curious, and full of potential. Every day matters in their learning — and in your career. At Nido, we'll support you with recognition, growth, and opportunities to thrive as you shape how learning unfolds.

Why you'll love working with us

* Impact children's learning – Guide educators to design meaningful, inquiry-based programs.
* Inspire your team – Coach, mentor, and elevate practice across the service.
* Grow with us – Monthly Community of Practice sessions to guide, support and inspire your journey
* Be recognised – We celebrate your contribution to children, families, and colleagues.
* Balance and wellbeing – Flexible options and wellbeing support built into everyday life.
* Enjoy benefits – Childcare discounts, professional learning resources, and recognition programs.
* FlareHR – Access to great savings and perks across many retailers including groceries, fashion and gifts as well as health insurance, energy bills and home internet.

The Role

As Curriculum Leader, you'll be the pedagogical guide of the service — supporting educators to deliver programs that honour every child's voice and potential.

* Champion EYLF and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice.
* Coach educators in planning cycles and documentation.
* Ensure inspiring environments that reflect culture and community.
* Facilitate professional development and critical reflection.
* Partner with families and community to extend learning.
* Support quality improvement and assessment & rating readiness.

What you'll bring

We're seeking a leader who thrives on collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement. You'll bring expertise in curriculum and a passion for helping educators grow.

* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma (ACECQA recognised).
* At least 2 years' experience in a Lead Educator or curriculum leadership role.
* In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
* Strong coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice skills.
* Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogical documentation.
* WWCC and First Aid.

Our promise to you

We'll recognise your impact and invest in your growth. With mentoring, professional development, and everyday benefits, you'll feel supported in making a difference every day.

Every day matters. You matter.
