We cater for all industry sectors including office/corporate, health and aged care, the beauty industry, hospitality, mining and light industry, leisure & sporting, promo gear & schools. We are embroidery specialists with state-of-the-art embroidery machines and can custom make and alter garments.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this is an excellent opportunity to join the Uniform Solutions team and help drive a well-known and successful Uniform sales business. As the Business Manager you will lead this experienced and established team, delivering on the customers sales needs and expectations while offering support and direction to the retail, embroidery, warehousing and dispatch operations.
What you'll be doing
· Providing excellent customer service and assistance to our retail customers
· Help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the retail store
· Key account management activities by developing relationships and sales strategies with established and new customers
· Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
· When needed processing sales transactions, handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system
· Answering customer enquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
· Supporting the overall smooth operation of the retail store
· Managing the stock ordering and management processes
What we're looking for
· Previous experience in a Uniform or Corporate wear retail or customer service role
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
· Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
· Exposure and knowledge of embroidery operations would be an advantage
