Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to serve as the organisational engine behind our executives, managing schedules, meetings, and communications while also coordinating marketing activities, social media content, events, and internal brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, travel bookings, inbox coordination, and meeting preparation
* Coordinate internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Support the execution of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives
* Liaise with designers, printers, and digital partners to deliver marketing materials
* Manage our social media platforms with fresh, engaging content
* Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and industry events
Requirements
* Experience as an Executive Assistant or Marketing Assistant
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
* A creative eye and experience or interest in marketing, events, or social media
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
* Experience with Canva, social platforms or basic content creation is preferred
