Our client is one of South Australia's leading and largest privately owned security organisation that delivers people, electronic and perimeter security services across multiple industries including government, utilities, infrastructure, and commercial clients. **About the Role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), your overall responsibilities as the People and Culture Business Partner will be to provide advisory and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and organisation for its human resources function.

**Duties**:

- Partner with the ELT to manage the development and delivery of P&C projects, strategies and initiatives
- Evaluate, develop and improve P&C processes for talent management, recruitment and onboarding
- Provide advice, coaching and interpretation for IR and employee relations, workplace agreements and awards
- Identify training and development opportunities and other workplace initiatives
- Assist team members in the investigation of incidents, grievances and performance management
- Build and sustain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or other relative discipline
- Demonstrated business partnering experience
- Experience in interpreting industrial, employment and WHS policies and legislation
- Be a natural influencer and have the ability to engage, coach and inspire
- Have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and be a critical thinker
- Intermediate to advanced skills within the Microsoft Office Suite
