Job Title: Team Lead, Traffic Operations
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Lead for Traffic Operations.
The successful applicant will have the ability to quickly gain an understanding of traffic camera operations and systems, as well as possess excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Leading a team of mobile speed camera van operators to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks
* Overseeing the operation of fixed speed, red light and point-to-point camera operations in the ACT region
* Conducting regular site visits to monitor and improve operational efficiency
* Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
