Global consulting firm seeking a contracts manager or commercial legal counsel to join team in either Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth.
You will draft and negotiate client engagement agreements and MSAs across the APAC region, ensuring that risks are assessed and mitigated across the region.
You will also advise on best practice in contract drafting and review processes, being a key contact for the business in managing complex client contracts for the group.
You will be an experienced contracts manager or a qualified commercial legal counsel, and the title can be adjusted accordingly.
