About The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to become a key part of their growing team. This full-time position, based in their Gold Coast Office, will see you taking a key role in generating sales opportunities and building lasting relationships with their business customers. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
* Achieving a minimum of 30+ new mobile CTNs each month
* Cross-selling a broad range of telecommunications products
* Developing and executing strategies to win new business clients
* Managing and responding to all incoming lead generation enquiries
* Following VBC's proven sales processes, procedures, and core values
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* 1+ years of proven sales and business development results
* Experience in the telecommunications field (desired)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Customer-first approach with a focus on client needs
* Collaborative mindset with self-driven initiative
* Interest in learning and growing in telecommunications
