**About the Role**:
Woodside Energy's Corporate Affairs - Australia team is responsible for supporting world-class energy supply from Australia to the world, ranging from the North West Shelf and Pluto LNG to new growth projects including the Scarborough and Browse projects.
We are seeking experienced Corporate Affairs professionals to join us in our Perth headquarters and Karratha Town Office in Western Australia to support the delivery of critical environmental approval consultation and co-ordination. You will be part of a team of dedicated corporate affairs professionals that will help shape, protect and enhance Woodside's reputation by working with key community representatives.
These are fixed term positions, which offer flexible working options, onsite cafeteria, gym, end of trip facilities, multi-faith prayer rooms, chill out zones and much more in Perth. In Karratha you will be part of a small, but dedicated community focused team with flexible working options and 9 day fortnight.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist advice and support to Woodside's decommissioning, operations and project delivery teams.
You'll draw on your expert communications, consultation and engagement skills and experience as a key contributor to an integrated team responsible for delivering consultation and communications support across our operating regions.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of innovative consultation and communication materials to reach a wide range of interested parties.
Your role will contribute to deepening the understanding of what Woodside does and its relationship with interested parties and community representatives, whilst strengthening engagement and delivering communications internally.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
These positions will support the Corporate Affairs accountabilities for environmental approvals - specifically consultation, communication and regulatory engagements in support of Woodside's activities in Australia.
Working at the direction of the Corporate Affairs Manager and alongside multi-disciplinary teams these roles will support the delivery of consultation including First Nation engagements to deliver Woodside's environmental planning approvals in Australia.
These roles will be responsible for supporting the corporate affairs consultation, operations and project teams with consultation, communications, regulatory engagement. These roles are based in Perth and Karratha, Western Australia.
- Support consultation and engagement
- Support delivery of social performance outcomes
- Provide Corporate Affairs inputs to meet project schedules and operational objectives.

**Your Key Accountabilities will be**:

- Support for corporate affairs environment plan consultation and delivery
- Support Government advocacy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support co-ordination of First Nation, Community and interested parties' consultation
- Support primary and secondary government and regulatory approvals

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 3-5 years of corporate affairs, First Nation or stakeholder engagement related experience.
- Bachelor level degree in communications, commerce, archaeology, anthropology, political science, legal or related fields.
- Awareness of Australian political environment
- Understanding of community issues that interface with Woodside's business.
- Demonstrated ability as a team player, enabler and ability to work independently and within a diverse team.
- Preparedness to drive outcomes in support of overall development milestones.
- Strong written and verbal skills
