We're on the hunt for an experienced Caretaker to oversee four high-end townhouse complexes located within walking distance of each other in a sought-after riverside suburb. This is not your typical reactive maintenance role—this is a people-first, community-focused position with a strong emphasis on communication, care, and presence.

The Role:
You'll be the go-to onsite presence, providing general caretaking and building management support across four premium townhouse communities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering outstanding front-of-house customer service
* Managing minor maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping coordination
* Overseeing trades, move-ins, and contractor performance
* Identifying and reporting maintenance issues early
* Liaising with Body Corporate, residents, and community managers
* Managing asset registers, caretaker spreadsheets, and community updates
* Handling resident facility bookings and emergency calls as needed
* Supporting community events and initiatives
What You'll Need:
* Previous experience in caretaking, property/building management, or facilities roles
* Strong customer service skills and a relationship-first mindset
* A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with good attention to detail
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Working knowledge of Body Corporate processes preferred
* Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
* Friendly, professional communication skills—written and verbal
