Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow the food preparation process and any other related activities as per the guidelines
- Follow rational menus with new or existing culinary creations, ensuring the variety, quality and portion sizes of the servings
- Prepare and polish dishes before they reach the customer
- Main high standards in organising and keeping the stations clean at all times
- Maintain HACCP records
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Manage to cook dishes by following recipes in a timely manner
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of international cuisines and ability to follow recipes
- Experience working with modern kitchen equipment
- Culinary-related education or certificate
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
