Key Responsibilities
1. Manage social media publishing in line with the approved content plan, ensuring timely and engaging posts that align with our brand voice.
2. Promote and distribute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce or HubSpot, guaranteeing accurate builds and targeted segmentation.
3. Maintain and update website content, including pages, blogs, and assets, leveraging expertise in Webflow and WordPress for seamless integration.
4. Support event planning, logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site delivery, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
5. Liaise with creative partners, printers, and digital suppliers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and delivery.
6. Maintain and organize brand assets, content calendars, and digital documentation, driving efficiency and transparency in our operations.
7. Provide data-driven insights and analysis on social, email, and website performance, identifying areas for improvement and informing strategic decisions.
