Job Title:
About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in our business.
You will be responsible for managing an existing list of customers, taking ownership and building genuine relationships with them to encourage repeat business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sell and deliver products to trade/wholesale customers on the road.
* Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, fostering strong connections to drive repeat sales.
* Execute consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites.
* Pack and deliver daily orders efficiently.
* Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge through training and self-study.
* Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours) with occasional Saturday morning work (overtime rate applicable).
What You Need:
* A valid manual vehicle driving license.
* MRI license or willingness to obtain one.
* Forklift operating certification or ability to obtain it.
* Flexibility to work away from home up to two nights a month, as required.
* All work-related expenses will be reimbursed by the company, and a pre-tax allowance of $100 will be provided for each night spent away.
* A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and confidence in interacting with diverse personalities.
* Strong computer literacy for reporting and customer management.
* Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 30kg repeatedly.
* Proven customer service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.
* A drive to learn new products and processes continuously.
* Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
* Good presentation is essential, as you will represent the company professionally (uniform, safety boots, and PPE provided).
* The ability to enjoy your work and take pride in your performance.
