The role is with our MinRes subsidiary, Process Minerals International (PMI). PMI is responsible for the management of our Villages and Aerodromes.
The Lead Bus Driver role is a pivotal position within MinRes Village Operations. As a Lead Bus Driver, you will act as support to the Village Operations Supervisor, ensuring that all aspects of bus operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in alignment with MinRes policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass both operational duties and the leadership of a diverse team, requiring you to be a reliable, proactive, and hands‐on leader.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential traits for success in this role. The Lead Bus Driver position not only requires technical proficiency in bus operations but also strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and guide your team. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of safety, service delivery, and team morale, making you a key figure in bus operation.
Qualifications
* HR License with PTD is a must
* Full working rights within Australia
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Agility to work competing priorities as well as lead a team
