* Remuneration: $42.15 – $59.04 per hour (dependent on experience) + super, salary packaging (up to $15,900 tax‑free)

About The Role
You will work within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) at our statewide allied health network. Your responsibilities include clinical assessment, treatment and management of community‑dwelling patients, with home visits as needed. You will deliver person‑centred podiatry care while maintaining client independence and well‑being. Supervision is provided by a senior podiatrist and the Podiatry Discipline Lead.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinic‑based podiatry services for community clients, including commissioning and home visits.
* Manage own caseload with realistic productivity targets.
* Support clinical supervision and collaborate with allied health assistants and administrative staff.
* Build and grow a Podiatry service across geographic locations.
* Document and record patient information accurately in the organisation’s computer systems.
* Maintain and promote client independence and physical/social well‑being.

* Proficient podiatry assessment and treatment for a diverse range of needs, including aged care and disability.
* Effective communication skills – verbal and written.

* Referral judgement and the ability to recognise additional support needs.
