Tabcorp is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to work on the replacement of our legacy Incentive Compensation system with a vendor provided solution.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and support the integration of a new module within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Oracle Fusion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis of our legacy Incentive Compensation system.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to define solution needs.
* Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
* Support testing, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and compliance standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on enterprise-wide software integration projects.
* Demonstrated experience working on ERP implementation projects (preferably Oracle Fusion)
* Experience with Incentive Compensation modules will be highly beneficial.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in agile environments and enterprise transformation initiatives.
