Change Manager – Transformation (12-Month Contract)
A leading public sector organisation is embarking on a series of high-impact transformation initiatives and is seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a complex, large-scale program that will directly impact how services are delivered to the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned to program objectives.
* Conduct detailed change impact assessments and readiness analyses across business units.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and buy‐in.
* Design and deliver clear, compelling communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
* Develop and implement training frameworks and support materials to enable successful adoption.
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and resistance to change.
* Track and report on change effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.
About You
* Demonstrated experience delivering change management across complex, enterprise-level programmes.
* Strong background in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
* Experience within government, public sector, or large-scale organisations is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) is advantageous.
