**Responsibilities include**:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Handling contract administration, payments and Workday set up with external recruitment firms.
- Owning the background and reference check process.
- Supporting Recruiters with job postings and CV screening when needed.
- Assisting with the launch and execution of Recruitment marketing campaigns when needed
- Assist with planning and execution of physical/virtual hiring events (i.e. campus recruitment)
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Compliance**
- Will be responsible for correctly following all Stryker recruitment processes and documenting activity in designated system(s)
**Training**
**Skills & experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification by degree and related work experience required.
- Excellent time management skills are a must - this role will have a large degree of juggling calendars and problem solving.
- Ability to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail, accountability, and organization while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to learn systems and processes well.
- Must be able to manage time and high workloads.
- Take ownership and demonstrate a commitment and passion for doing excellent/high quality work with a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed, accurate and confidential information and records.
