Hoban Recruitment are sourcing an experienced APS 6 Case Management Officers, to join our client who are a federal agency.
Attractive hourly rate of $60.26 per hour including casual loading plus 11% superannuation.
Located in either Surry Hills or Parramatta NSW.
Start date is ASAP for an initial 12-months assignment plus possibility of an extension, pending business requirements.
37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
About the role
The position is a team leadership position within the Agency and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across a range of activities. The role is required to provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the Team Membership within the work area.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Undertaking case management of complex AAT matters and analysing to develop options for early resolution.
Obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters.
Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings conducted by the AAT.
Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
Preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.
About you
You should have previous work experience in EITHER Case management, dealing with a high number of cases OR a Background in Investigations/government Investigations OR Legal/Dispute Resolution/Conciliation background/ Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience OR experience in other government agencies in a similar role involving Claim management.
You MUST be an Australian Citizen for this role.
Be able to pass a National Police and Working With Children Check.
