About the Opportunity Plena Healthcare is seeking passionate and qualified Physiotherapists to join our growing team in Residential Aged Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver personalised treatments through the award-winning Plena Care Pathway – recipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence. This evidence-based approach supports client goals through one-on-one therapy, group programs, care plan reviews, and mobility interventions. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans. Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care. Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions. Work collaboratively with facility staff and within your professional scope. Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA registration Valid Australian working rights Driver's license and car Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check Passion for aged care and person-centred therapy Why Join Plena Healthcare?
