What You'll Be Doing
Managing Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the entitlements they deserve.
Reviewing medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to make thorough and accurate claim assessments.
Applying cost-effective strategies while prioritising the well-being of injured workers.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to provide proactive, timely case management.
Delivering exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and legislative bodies.
What We're Looking For
Relevant Experience:
Whether you come from Workers Compensation claims, portfolio management, or call centre operations, your expertise matters. A psychology background is highly desirable.
Team-Oriented:
Be part of a strong, supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service.
Strong Communicator:
Exceptional listening and communication skills to build rapport and handle a high-volume workload with empathy.
Negotiation & Resilience:
Ability to navigate complex information, negotiate effectively, and manage sensitive cases with resilience.
Bonus:
Allied Health or Psychology experience will set you apart.
