**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist in our extensive audit of all content on the Setting and Heritage website, including analysing and reviewing web pages and recommending their retention or retirement against audit criteria.
- Prepare spreadsheets for a range of clients with pages earmarked for retirement, and assist with maintaining spreadsheets to track progress and other recordkeeping.
- Conduct written and verbal stakeholder management to explain content standards and ensure content owners and divisions have a clear justification for retaining pages.
- Tidy up content in the Sitecore content management system, including saving and archiving content, image and video assets.
- Identify and document broken media files, problems with tables and other issues with content.
- Assist with content migration from one content management system (Sitecore) to another (Drupal), including manually rebuilding some content in Drupal.
- Escalate problem areas to the Project Manager and Senior Editor Lead for further discussion with Executive if required.
- Attend project meetings as required and work-in-progress meetings with immediate project content team.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Sitecore and Drupal skills
- Experienced content editor, with structural editing capability and a strong user focus
- Understanding of NSW Government website content writing standards and principles and/or best practice for digital content
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail
- Highly organised and ideally familiar with Excel spreadsheets and Google Analytics
- Ability to work diligently with mínimal supervision while also being a team player with a collaborative project team approach
- Change management or content project experience is desirable
