AE Creative is now expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our growing hair team.

The Role
This role is suited to a stylist who is confident in their technical ability, passionate about their craft, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
You'll have the opportunity to grow your clientele within an established studio environment while working alongside a team of experienced beauty professionals who value collaboration and high standards.
You will also guide a 3rd year apprentice, helping develop her confidence and technical ability as she completes her qualification.
The position will commence casual/part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week), with the opportunity to expand hours as demand grows and your clientele develops.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services
* Providing thoughtful consultations and premium client care
* Building lasting client relationships and repeat clientele
* Mentoring and supporting a 3rd year apprentice
* Contributing to a positive and professional studio culture
* Creating on trend engaging content to generate clientele
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing
* 2–5+ years salon experience
* Strong technical confidence in colour, cutting, and styling
* Excellent client communication and consultation skills
* A stylist who takes pride in their work with high attention to detail
* Someone who values teamwork and a positive workplace environment
