We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Coolum Beach, Queensland. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our growing business and delivering high-quality services to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial air conditioning systems and commercial refrigeration.
- Install new refrigeration and air conditioning units according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of HVAC equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in refrigeration and/or air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (3rd & 4th Year Apprentices will be considered for alternative roles).
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician.
- Strong technical skills in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence.
