Human Resources Strategic Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our team. As a key member of the Corporate Services' team of the Office of the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for devising and coordinating the Office for Early Childhood Development's workforce resourcing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and government policy.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of public sector HR practices and the Office of the Public Sector Commissioner's Determinations. They will also bring experience in project management, business improvement, and HR systems development, alongside the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
