We’re on the lookout for a talented Trade Channel Marketer to join our marketing team and help us showcase the future of lighting. As a Trade Channel Marketer at Haneco Lighting, you will play a key hybrid role combining the elements of trade marketing and digital marketing, facilitating the communication and coordination between the marketing team and all other business units.

Key Responsibilities
* Brand Management – ensure consistency on company and brand’s image and presentation.
* Infield Promotions and activities, including but not limited to in-branch BBQ, Golf Days, instore (branch) at state, regional and national level.
* Event Management (industry and trade shows/exhibition) from concept design to marketing collateral distribution.
* Merchandise Inventory – from ideation to distribution.
* Print Management (literature – brochures, catalogues, Point of Sale) liaise with external agencies and suppliers on quotations, artwork (creative) supply and proofing, print, delivery.
* Press Management – liaise with Electrical Wholesalers/Media/Agencies on advertising placement, budgets, scheduling and delivery.
* Digital Marketing – core digital marketing responsibilities including social posts, website updates, EDM preparation and distribution.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure design assets meet specific objectives and customer needs.
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in marketing or similar role, preferably in the lighting, homewares, or consumer goods industry.
* Ability to provide comprehensive planning of events, from the initial planning stages through to event delivery.
* Coordinate the design of marketing materials and promotional literature.
* Ability to report and analyse event and campaign results.
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience in management of EDM scheduling.
* Understanding of social media platforms and social media marketing.
* A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
