You have:
- An interest in gaining or already have 2+ years experience in the aged care or disability space
- A genuine passion for care work and can communicate effectively and listen attentively
- An adaptable, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
- Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
- National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or current NDIS worker screening check
- Current First Aid, Manual Handling and Hand Hygiene certificates are highly regarded
- Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module preferred for NDIS support worker roles
- Current Drivers Licence and a roadworthy vehicle that is registered and insured
- Completed online Department of Health COVID-19 infection control training
- Previous employment in disability or aged care support work preferred
- Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare
