The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you aren’t just selling cars; you are providing a premium guest experience. You will be responsible for:
* Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery.
* Conducting professional test drives and product demonstrations.
* Proactively following up on leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales and KPI targets.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure long-term loyalty and referrals.
About You
We are looking for a \"closer\" who understands that success in sales comes from discipline and relationship building. You will bring:
* A track record of success in automotive sales (preferred) or high-ticket retail sales.
* A self-motivated \"can-do\" attitude
* Exceptional communication skills and a polished presentation.
* Ability to manage CRM systems effectively.
* A current, valid Australian Driver’s License is essential.
