We are now seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong xero experience who is looking for their next challenge within our fast paced organisation. This position will be located at our Rockhampton Office at Parkhurst.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end bookkeeping using Xero
* Accounts payable & receivable
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Payroll processing, superannuation, and STP compliance
* BAS preparation and lodgement (GST & PAYG)
* Month-end reconciliations
* Expense and cost allocation across projects/sites
About You
* Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in mining, construction, or services
* Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)
* Sound understanding of Australian GST, BAS, PAYG & payroll obligations
* High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
