Cleanliness Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and meticulous Cleanliness Specialist to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and other high-touch areas.
* Change bedding and replenish towels and amenities as needed.
* Ensure public spaces are clean and presentable.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to Management.
* Assist with laundry duties as required.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional service to guests.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in cleaning roles is essential.
* A minimum of 6-12 months of cleaning experience is required.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Availability to work at least three days per week, including weekends.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is a requirement for this position.
