What You'll Be Doing:
* Installing residential and commercialsolar systems
* Assisting withbattery storage installationsand system upgrades
* Carrying out system fit-offs, panel mounting, inverter installs and commissioning
* Ensuring all installs meet CEC guidelines, safety standards and quality expectations
* Working alongside electricians and apprentices on a range of local (and occasional remote) projects
* Supporting and mentoring apprentices while contributing to a positive, team-focused culture
What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified electrician
* Current White Card
* Desirable: Current WWVP Card
* Desirable: Battery Qualification
* A customer-focused attitude and great communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and with a team.
* A knack for detail, like keeping good records and testing work.
* A problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
* Willingness to travel for remote work if needed.
* A good attitude – We love to work hard, but we also know how to have fun. Bring your positive energy and sense of humour to keep things light and enjoyable on-site.
