Happy Sprouts Early Learning is a privately owned, purpose‑built new service seeking experienced and passionate Educators to join our team in Beveridge. Our team is committed to delivering high‑quality education and care through play‑based, child‑led learning programs where every child feels valued, safe, and supported .
We are seeking an experienced Educator ; who is genuinely passionate about working with children and brings vibrant, positive energy to the team.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and builds inclusive, child safe, professional relationships with children and families.
They actively engage in inquiry‑based learning, contribute thoughtfully to planning and programming, and take initiative to create a child safe, stimulating, and child‑centred environment. The Educator should be self‑motivated, committed to ongoing professional growth, and willing to participate in staff meetings, training, team‑building activities, and service events.
What you’ll need:
* A Diploma or Certificate 111 in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
* Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
* Monthly Rotating Roster
* Sound understanding of the; Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Child Safe Standards and Child Protection, Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Current Child Safety Certificate
* Current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
