About the Role
This senior leadership position involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team and shaping clinical outcomes in local communities.
* Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services efficiently.
* Deliver occupational therapy services to participants across various settings.
* Conduct clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
* Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.
* Support early career allied health professionals through mentoring, supervision, and professional development.
* Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

To be considered suitable, you must have:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist.

* A proactive attitude and motivation to improve processes.
* A desire to mentor early career clinicians.
