13VETS Vet Nurse – 12 Month Part-Time Maternity Leave Contract
Are you a Vet Nurse passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service?
Greencross 13VETS is a dedicated team of Vet Nurses providing general advice, booking appointments, and triaging calls for our clinics. We also manage online bookings, respond to website inquiries, and handle client reminders.
This is a fixed-term, remote-based contract offering 27 hours per week, working Tuesday through Saturday:
- Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
You can work from home or, if based in Sydney, use our head office in North Ryde.
About the Role: This 12-month contract is suitable for someone with:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience and passion for customer service and clinical work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Confidence in making triage decisions over the phone
- Knowledge of RxWorks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Self-motivated and independent work ethic
Ideally, start in August with either two weeks of full time training or three weeks part-time.
Remuneration is aligned with the Veterinary Nurse Award Wage.
