Nathan delivers works for Energy, Bridge and Roads, Dams, Water and Mining infrastructure projects with a focus on concrete section of Projects. We work anywhere from northern QLD to VIC.
The Position
As a Site Supervisor you'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of civil construction projects, with a particular focus on formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours. Working closely with Site Engineers and Site Manager, you will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This role will require regular travel to site locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage works including subcontractors and suppliers to maintain safety and quality standards on-site.
* Plan, organise and supervise plant, labour and materials to ensure efficient delivery of projects, particularly formwork systems.
* Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and company HSE policies, particularly in formwork and concrete operations.
* Maintain accurate daily records of site activities and progress.
* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction, expertise in FRP projects, formwork, reinforcement and concrete required.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide and manage site teams effectively.
* Proficiency in quality control and ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
* Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification with 3-5 years' experience desirable.
