Reporting to the customer service team leader you will support their client base with managing their stock levels and ordering through an EDI system. This may involve:
- Processing orders
- Providing updates on orders
- Processing credits or refunds
- Liaising with the clients 3PL partner
- Providing exceptional customer service
**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for previous customer service environment, ideally in the a warehousing, logistics, FMCG or supply chain industry that used EDI ordering.
We are also looking for:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A team player
- Train-ability and willingness to learn new things
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (ESSENTIAL)
Please note that only Australian and New Zealand Citizens, and Permanent Residents are eligible, as this role is full-time and not suitable for Working Holiday, or Student Visa holders.
