As the portfolio and development pipeline expands its horizons, this group is looking for a Finance Manager to help shape the next chapter of their story. As Finance Manager you'll be at the heart of the financial strategy and operations, your new role reports to the group CFO and will include: Collaborating with the Board to develop a financial strategy that reflects their values and goals. Bringing that strategy to life through accurate and timely financial reporting. Safeguarding financial health by managing risks and ensuring sound treasury and cash management. Supporting growth with smart capital planning and investment decisions. Nurturing relationships with external partners and advisors to help the business to thrive. Fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment within the finance team, leading and managing property accountants and bookkeepers. Working five days per week from their head office, located close to major transport links (there is no WFH in this key role). To thrive in this role, you'll need the following technical skills and experience. Around ten+ years of experience in property finance, with a track record of success in leadership. Ideally having prior experience working for a private family office, or High-Net-Worth individual would be ideal. Strong communication skills and the ability to build bridges with stakeholders at all levels. A passion for learning and growth, with a commitment to staying ahead of the curve. A collaborative spirit and a knack for bringing out the best in others. A degree in finance or a related field, plus accreditation as a CPA, CIMA, or CA. Intermediate or advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Xero, Aroflo, Asana, Re-Leased and MRI It's not just about your hard skills, the group places great emphasis on cultural contribution and with this in mind they are looking for someone with the following personal values.
