As One Australia is a leading mobile exercise physiology company, established in Melbourne and specialising in neurological and spinal cord injury rehabilitation. In 2026, we're expanding our services to Townsville and are looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our team.
About the Role
This is a mobile position, delivering exercise physiology services in clients' homes and community settings. You'll work with people living with spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, cerebral palsy, autism, and other physical or psychological impairments.
New graduates and early-career Exercise Physiologists are welcome to apply.

About you:

* Accreditation: Current ESSA Registration (Accredited Exercise Physiologist) or ESSA registration in progress.
* Transport: A full Australian Driver's Licence and your own reliable vehicle are essential.
* Insurance: Standard comprehensive vehicle insurance coverage is required for mobile service delivery.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Work Rights: Valid Australian work visa or authorisation to work in Australia.
* Background Checks: Both Working with Children Check and police check are required.
