An exciting opportunity exists within our agency for a Claims Handler with strong communication and computer skills, excellent time management and a team first attitude to join our operations.
This role will expose you to a diverse range of claims including property, motor, liability among others within the general insurance services we provide our clients.
You'll investigate claims with curiosity, solve problems with confidence, and use your judgment to deliver fair outcomes that restore people's lives. As our Claims Handler, you'll work under the supervision of a Claims Manager:
· Assist clients with the lodgment of claims
· Appoint and liaise with claim suppliers and assessors to achieve an excellent outcome for our customers
· Follow up providers and manage the claim process right up until settlement
· Keep clients abreast at all times of their claim status
In addition you would be required to occasionally assist with;
· administration support to the agency
· contribute to marketing and business development
