About the role
* Safely operate MC trucks and trailers for hay transport, including high centre of gravity loads.
* Load, secure and unload hay bales in compliance with safety and load restraint standards.
* Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance.
* Maintain accurate records and logbooks as required.
* Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and statutory requirements.
* Represent Link Linehaul professionally at all times.
* Perform other duties as directed within the scope of the role.
About You
* Hold a current MC (Multi Combination) driver's licence with proven experience in heavy vehicle operation.
* Previous experience operating Mack or Kenworth trucks highly regarded.
* Confident handling high centre of gravity loads, with strong knowledge of safe load restraint and transport practices.
* Ability to perform basic maintenance duties.
* Reliable, organised and able to manage your time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
* Professional in your conduct, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate responsible equipment management.
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol test.
