The Opportunity
As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role supporting the delivery of major projects and advising on high-profile matters across the business. Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
* Providing pragmatic legal advice across project, construction, and energy matters.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and project delivery.
* Supporting governance, compliance, and risk management functions.
* Working collaboratively with internal and external specialist advisors.
About You
* 3–7 years post‐admission experience in commercial law (private practice or in‐house).
* Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or construction projects will be highly regarded.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
* Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.
* Commercial mindset with a solutions‐oriented approach.
