IVBT Pty. Ltd a Registered Training Organisation and CRICOS Provider, seeks highly motivated and passionate Marketing and Sales Officers for the Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Indonesia markets to join our expanding team at the Burwood Campus.
As a Marketing and Sales Officer, you will play a key role in promoting IVBT College's courses to both domestic and international students. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, building relationships with agents and students, and tracking sales metrics.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Establish and sustain relationships with both local and international education agents.
- Recruit students from targeted countries either directly or indirectly by collaborating with onshore and offshore education agents, or by focusing on onshore students.
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy aimed at education agents to boost student enrollment numbers at our college.
- Forge and strengthen connections with education agents in key markets to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
- Participate in education fairs and related events to market our college and establish networks with prospective agents and students.
- Support the Marketing Manager/Higher Management in executing marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional events for IVBT.
- Aid in creating marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, and websites.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to agents and students, ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Submit your timesheet to the Marketing Coordinator.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desired.
- Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in international student recruitment, is preferred.
- They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to forge strong relationships with agents and students.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team is essential, along with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as the right to work in Australia.
- Experience in social media marketing is necessary.
