Details: The Statutory Planning Division is seeking applications from highly motivated, experienced and suitably qualified individuals, who will think strategically, have strong leadership and communication skills and a passion for serving the community, to fill the role of Director, Gateway Services.
The Gateway Team is the first point of contact in relation to planning and development matters and provides services and support to industry and community on the statutory functions associated with the independent Territory Planning Authority, including development applications.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Qualifications and/or significant experience in architecture, urban design, town planning, environmental planning or similar.
Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home and designated office based. However, in this position, there is an expectation to work from the designated office when the team attends and when various face to face meetings are required.
